Data processing addendum

This document is provided for transparent product planning and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is treated as a final agreement.
Controller and processor roles
The customer generally acts as controller for customer-interaction data and Speakto acts as processor, subject to the service configuration and applicable law.
Processing instructions
Speakto processes personal data to provide, secure, support, and maintain the contracted service, including configured channels, AI providers, knowledge retrieval, storage, and integrations.
Security, subprocessors, and requests
The final DPA defines security measures, confidentiality, subprocessor notice, international transfers, assistance with rights requests, incident notice, deletion, and audit information. Contact legal@speakto.ai to request the current execution copy.
