The baseline terms for using Speakto’s website and hosted platform.
This document is provided for transparent product planning and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is treated as a final agreement.
Using Speakto
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and use the service only for lawful customer operations.
Workspaces and customer data
You remain responsible for the content, notices, permissions, lawful basis, and instructions associated with your websites, staff, customers, knowledge, channels, AI providers, and integrations.
Fees and billing
Plan fees, capacity, taxes, renewal, and payment terms appear at checkout or in an order form. Razorpay is the primary payment provider for India. Unpaid or disputed accounts may be limited after reasonable notice.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability except where a signed agreement states otherwise. Features may change to improve security, reliability, compliance, or usability.
Liability and termination
Liability, warranties, suspension, termination, governing law, and dispute terms must be confirmed in the executed commercial agreement. This public draft should be reviewed by legal counsel before production publication.
