Cancellation and refund policy
How plan cancellation, renewal, and refund reviews work.
This document is provided for transparent product planning and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is treated as a final agreement.
Cancellation
Workspace owners may cancel future renewal through the billing workspace or by contacting support. Access normally continues through the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for abuse or security reasons.
Refund review
Fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law, a duplicate payment occurred, or Speakto approves a documented service issue. Contact billing@speakto.ai with the payment reference and workspace name.
Payment reversals
Approved Razorpay refunds return through the original method and may take additional banking time. Taxes and invoice adjustments follow applicable requirements.
