Categories of providers that may support delivery of Speakto.
This document is provided for transparent product planning and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is treated as a final agreement.
Provider categories
Speakto may use cloud hosting, database, object storage, email delivery, monitoring, customer support, AI, communications, identity, and payment providers. Razorpay is the primary payment provider for India.
Customer-selected services
Administrators may connect their own SMTP server, AI provider, messaging channel, webhook, or business integration. Those providers act under the customer’s selection and terms.

The binding customer DPA or order form contains the production subprocessor list, locations, and notice process. Contact privacy@speakto.ai for the current list before purchase.
